In order to apply flawless enrobing on products, you can position the top coating unit either vertically or horizontally.
You can implement either full or half enrobing on your products. Besides, you can enrobe only top and bottom sides of the product, as well.
Thanks to the calibrated fishtail, bottom licking rolls, sensitive top and bottom enrobing units, our Chocolate Enrobing Machine is designed and manufactured for obtaining perfect enrobing in the whole belt width.
Bottom enrobing unit is water jacketed and sensitively tempered water is circulating inside of it.
The blower fan is equipped with a speed control drive and a heating/cooling unit, it can be regulated independent from the ambient temperature.
The special agitator of the chocolate hopper is structured with surface regenerating attribute. It provides to keep your chocolate at the same texture. By means of its laser sensor, it regulates the chocolate level sensitively.
The machine is equipped with an external chocolate pump which can be used either for cleaning purposes or discharging the used tempered chocolate.
During its design process, all surfaces that are potentially open to contamination and chocolate build up are reduced to minimum.
Detailing unit runs highly effective thanks to its thin design, and it can be demounted within minutes.
Sprinkler, de-tempering unit, biscuit flip over or holding down device, additional blower & fishtail, wave or strip decorating units can be supplied optionally.
